Expert Insights Through Our Safety Seminar Series
A key highlight of the event was our comprehensive Safety Seminar Series, which provided attendees with practical guidance on some of the most important topics affecting workplace safety today.
Delivered by leading industry experts, the sessions were designed to help businesses better understand changing legislation, evolving standards and best practice across a range of PPE and safety disciplines.
The seminar programme began with Uvex Safety, who delivered a practical session on foot scanning and selecting the right safety footwear based on individual foot types and workplace risks. Centurion Safety followed with an overview of current head protection legislation, including helmet selection, inspection and storage requirements, while Globus explored hand protection standards, glove certifications and recent regulatory updates.
After a busy morning of learning and networking, attendees enjoyed a buffet lunch before the afternoon sessions commenced. Tranemo Advanced Workwear explained the transition from ATPV to ELIM in arc flash protection, Moldex shared expert guidance on respiratory protection, and JSP Safety discussed best practice in fall arrest and height safety.
The programme also addressed sustainability, with ID Identity highlighting developments in environmentally responsible workwear, before concluding with Bollé Safety's update on the transition from EN 166 to EN ISO 16321-1 eye protection standards.
Over the course of the day, attendees gained practical insights into changing legislation, emerging technologies and best practice across a wide range of workplace safety disciplines.
The sessions reinforced one of the event's core aims: to provide practical knowledge that helps organisations make informed decisions and continue improving safety standards across their workplaces.

An Official Opening to Remember
We were honoured to welcome Maria Antoniou, Head of Economic Development at Northumberland County Council, who officially opened the event.
Her presentation highlighted the importance of Northumberland's key industries, the businesses driving regional growth and the vital role that workwear and PPE play in supporting workers across multiple sectors.
The opening set the tone perfectly for a day focused on innovation, collaboration and the future of workplace safety.

Supporting Our Communities
Alongside celebrating our anniversary, it was important for us to recognise the organisations making a difference beyond the workplace.
We were proud to welcome our long-standing charity partners, Wansbeck Valley Food Bank and the Percy Hedley Foundation, who joined us throughout the day to share more about the incredible work they do within our communities.
Supporting local organisations has always been part of our culture here at Impact Workwear, and we were delighted to provide a platform to help raise awareness of their important work while celebrating this milestone.
We were also pleased to welcome representatives from Make UK Defence, giving attendees the opportunity to connect with one of the UK's leading organisations supporting defence manufacturing and its wider supply chain.

Celebrating 25 Years of Impact

That growth has only been possible because of the loyalty of our customers, the commitment of our suppliers and the dedication of our team.
